New Ideal.

The New Ideal Project was a multi-unit project completed in downtown Birmingham. This building was built in 1925 and, after vacant for 30 years, came back to life. There are 44 units in this building. Carrara Morro Quartz was installed on the island and bathrooms. Mystic Gray Quartz was installed on the perimeter in select kitchens. These lofts are modern and upscale. Creature Builds did a beautiful job on these lofts and it was a pleasure working with them on this project.
